Description

The ALAMEDA_MS_EDSS_Classification_dataset.csv contains preprocessed features extracted from pilot data. In total, it includes 16 columns:

  1. The first two columns (ID, timestamp) correspond to the ID of MS patient and Date time of the recording.

  2. The other 13 correspond to features related to demographic information, clinical events, functional tests, and questionnaires. The full list of the features used to classify people with MS in EDSS groups is demonstrated in the table below. Image

  3. The final column, EDSS group, indicates the EDSS groups of people with MS (PwMS). PwMS were categorized into three classes based on their EDSS range. PwMS with EDSS values between 0 and 2.5 were classified as minimal disability. Those with EDSS values between 3 and 5.5 were assigned to mild disability class. Finally, PwMS with EDSS values between 6 and 7.5 were categorized as moderate disability
